Frank Kuri

Senior Vice President of Branch Development


Frank Kuri is the Senior Vice President of Branch Development. He joined Residential Home Funding with 26 years of experience in the industry. He began his career in 1985 as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker, where he earned his real estate broker/owners license and many sales achievement awards. He moved to Prudential, where he received his Life, Health, P&C and Series 6 licenses, specializing in Mortgage and real estate insurance related services, again receiving many sales achievement recognition awards. Mr. Kuri entered mortgage banking as a Loan Originator in 1991, mastering in-house, media driven originations and developing a large referral-based business with Realtors and Financial Planners, earning him #1 originator status at a major national mortgage bank. In 1999, he recognized the importance of the new branch concept in the mortgage industry and created a Branch Division as a new profit center, resulting in the opening of 45 new branch offices in 20 states, closing a consistent average of $750+ million per year. Mr. Kuri is a lifelong New Jersey resident and has been married to his wife Patricia for 17 years and together they have two children.

Maxine Smith

SVP Branch Relations


Maxine Smith is the Senior Vice President of Branch Relations. She oversees all of the departments within Operations to ensure uniform and streamline processes to help the flow of our loan files. She administers quality control, uniform best standards, and strict compliance. Ms. Smith joined Residential Home Funding in 2009 and held positions for over 22 years in mortgage operations and branch development with US Mortgage Corp. and First National Funding. In 2000, Ms. Smith ran a branch of a mortgage banker where she learned firsthand the importance of clear communication between the branch office and parent company. That experience helped her understand what it takes to work with branch offices and provide them with the service they need and deserve. Ms. Smith knows how to make the transition to RHFC a positive experience. Ms. Smith truly understands the importance of relationships in business, and how important it is to maintain those connections as Branch Managers and Loan Originators move forward with a new company.

Anthony Pepe

Vice President of Branch Development


I have over 19 years of mortgage banking experience. I began my career as a Property Manager for KM Properties, a privately owned REIT, specializing in Real Estate Acquisitions and Development. I began my career in the Mortgage Industry in 1997 as a loan officer for First United Funding. I was a top producer within the first six months and was promoted to VP of Sales within my first two years. My Sales Teams and Branches always rank among the highest in production and profitability now and for the last 15 years. RHF has the authority to lend in 12 states. Our products, programs and financing options are ranked top in the industry. I take pride in my knowledge and capabilities and I strive to serve the needs of my Branches.

Michael Nasissi

Regional Branch Development Manager


Mike Nasissi brings over 25 years of experience in real estate, financial services and sales to his position as Regional Branch Development Manager. Mr. Nasissi began his career as a real estate agent, later becoming a broker and branch manager. He made the transition to the mortgage industry as a loan originator, followed by 3 years as a successful branch manager. Mr. Nasissi was a top performer in both real estate and lending, winning numerous production awards. Mr. Nasissi has a simple goal for your branch: He wants you to finish each year more successfully than the last. Mr. Nasissi understands the challenges of the current lending environment, and has the expertise and commitment to support your growth.
When I work with branches, branch managers and loan officers my goal is to help increase their productivity to a place that's better than before. We do this by using all the marketing tools and benefits that RHFunding offers. If they do not increase productivity then I feel like I haven't done my job.

Michael Nasissi

Mari Fiores

CPA, MBA | VP, Controller


Mari Flores oversees the accounting, payroll and financial reporting departments for the company. Ms. Flores is also responsible for cash management and treasury operations, investment tracking, accurate and timely financial reporting, expenditure control and a full array of other financial services as it relates to the company and its branch offices.

Ms. Flores has over 15 years’ experience in the financial arena, specializing in business and financial consulting and coaching. In 1996, Ms. Flores received a B.S. in Management from the University of Puerto Rico. In 1998, Ms. Flores received a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY New Paltz and shortly after completed her Master’s Degree in Business Administration also from SUNY New Paltz. Ms. Flores is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Flores enjoys traveling and trail running with her dog.

Dave Cronin

Chief Information Security Officer


Dave Cronin serves as the Information Technology Director. Mr. Cronin joined Residential Home Funding in 2010 and is responsible for directing all the technology initiatives for the company. He oversees all networking and support, both in corporate and branch office networks, data security, telecommunications and the help desk.

Before joining Residential Home Funding, Mr. Cronin held a number of IT leadership positions as Technical Services Director, Information Systems Manager, and system engineer. Mr. Cronin received his B.A. in Business Administration from William Paterson University. In his leisure time, Mr. Cronin enjoys traveling and spending time with his 2 children.

Barbara Scalera

Licensing & Compliance Officer


Barbara has developed a comprehensive training program, runs the RHF new hire orientation, and provides ongoing training for veteran employees to assist with the development and communication of strategic plans. Barbara resides in Northern New Jersey and enjoys bike riding, tennis and relaxing with her family. She is incredibly helpful to all RHF employees and always offers up her time.                  

Dana Kyriakou

Marketing & Company Events


Dana came to RHF in 2002 and is also the Assistant to the President, Tom Marinaro. In addition, Ms. Kyriakou is responsible for publicity events, sponsorships, charitable events and contributions, and more. Without Dana, there would be no events, especially our famous annual golf outing. And we all know the executives need their golf.
